• Outbound sales role within a virtual contact centre
• Speaking to customers about protection plans for household electrical items
• Explaining features and benefits clearly and compliantly
• Handling objections, answering questions, and closing sales
• Delivering strong customer outcomes in line with FCA requirements
• Working independently from home while supported by a virtual team
• Monday to Thursday 10:30am–7:00pm
• Friday 9:00am–5:30pm
• Two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch break
• Starting salary £24,500
