HOURS
• Expected hours: 1–39 hours per week
ABOUT THE ROLE
• Join the Hospitality Team during the Pantomime period from November to January
• Provide professional, friendly and efficient customer service
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors
• Respond to customer needs quickly and professionally
• Prepare and serve food and beverages
• Operate sales systems accurately
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and stock control
• Support the setup and delivery of events
• Promote products and services
• Support sustainability initiatives
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
