Salary: £12.71 Per Hour
Contract: Permanent
Working Hours: 32.5 Hours Per Week
Shift Pattern: Monday To Friday, 12pm–7pm
About The Role
Mitie is recruiting a Cleaning Operative to help keep equipment clean, well maintained and in safe working order, while meeting agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment and designated areas.
- Understanding cleaning schedules and the correct use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Following all health and safety requirements.
- Completing all required training.
- Working effectively as part of a team and using your own initiative.
- Building positive working relationships with customers.
- Delivering excellent customer service and looking for ways to improve standards.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate and read basic English.
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
- A flexible approach to the role.
- Reliability, a strong work ethic and a professional attitude.
- Honesty, self-motivation and determination.
