CA Group Ltd is recruiting a Labourer Assistant to support its manufacturing operations in Bishop Auckland. The role involves assisting operators and tradespeople with assembly, material handling and general workshop duties while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out bonding, riveting, drilling and hammering tasks.
- Assist with assembly and wrapping of products.
- Load and unload machines.
- Work alongside machine operators and skilled tradespeople.
- Carry out manual handling duties.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards throughout the workplace.
- Empty scrap bins and keep work areas tidy.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
What CA Group Ltd Is Looking For:
- Counterbalance forklift truck driving skills.
- Confidence using hand tools.
- Awareness of quality standards.
