Copart is recruiting Customer Service Representatives to join its team in Peterlee. This role offers an opportunity to work in a busy, high-volume contact centre, acting as a first point of contact for customers and helping deliver excellent service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries professionally, managing competing priorities and ensuring customers receive an efficient and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries as the first point of contact.
- Deliver excellent customer service and aim to resolve issues efficiently.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Maintain accurate information and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Use Microsoft Office and other IT systems to support daily duties.
