ABOUT THE ROLE
Greggs is looking for Senior Team Members to provide fast and friendly service, keep the shop clean and tidy, and prepare Greggs products. The role also involves supporting the Shop Manager and Supervisors, including taking responsibility as a key holder at certain times of the day.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide fast and friendly customer service.
- Keep the shop clean and tidy.
- Prepare Greggs products.
- Support the Shop Manager and Supervisors.
- Act as a key holder and take responsibility for the shop at certain times.
- Help deliver a positive customer experience across in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru services.
REQUIREMENTS
- Some experience in a similar fast-paced retail environment.
- Availability that matches the requirements of the role.
- Support for an inclusive workplace culture.
- Previous supervisory experience is useful but not essential.
- Willingness to complete the training required for the role.
