About The Role:
Handbag Clinic Ltd is looking for an organised and enthusiastic Marketplace Assistant to help promote its luxury handbag collection online. The role offers hands-on experience across e-commerce, live shopping, visual merchandising, SEO and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support eBay Live events by preparing listings and stock, moderating live sessions and completing post-event updates.
- Help host live shopping events on camera.
- Optimise website product listings and ensure product information is accurate.
- Organise and replenish stock for live events and social media content.
- Respond to everyday product questions through social media and live events.
- Help customers discover products and contribute to the online community.
- Support SEO and improve website content, including product listings, blog articles and site merchandising.
- Identify opportunities to improve product listings and live shopping events.
- Assist the Marketing Team with social media channels where required.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence appearing on camera and hosting live events.
- An interest in community building and teamwork.
- An interest in luxury fashion, handbags or resale is beneficial.
- Experience in live shopping, e-commerce, retail, social media or digital marketing would be useful.
- Transferable skills and a willingness to learn are also welcomed.
