ABOUT THE ROLE
• Act as Floor Supervisor and support day-to-day store operations
• Provide guidance and coaching to Brand Representatives and Stock Associates
• Help drive store performance through customer experience and team achievement
• Complete opening and closing routines
• Operate register and Point of Sale systems
• Fulfil OMNI Channel orders
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while supporting sales
• Build and maintain visual displays
• Analyse reports to support decision-making
• Protect store assets and carry out inventory control
• Represent the Hollister brand and company culture

HOURS
• At least 16 hours per week
• Schedule varies from week to week
• Saturday and Sunday availability required
• Certain holiday availability required
• Hours may increase during peak periods

REQUIREMENTS
• High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
• Previous supervisory or management experience is not required
• Strong customer focus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of current fashion trends
• Energetic, outgoing and confident approach
• Ability to take initiative
• Adaptable and flexible
• Able to balance multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
• Strong work ethic
