ABOUT THE ROLE
• Support the store team with sales performance and day-to-day operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service and shopping experiences
• Maximise sales opportunities and support the team in achieving targets
• Provide a VIP-style customer service experience
• Contact customers with product and tasting updates
• Share product knowledge and enthusiasm with customers
• Develop wine knowledge and work towards the Level 2 WSET qualification
• Maintain the appearance and presentation of the store
• Deliver wine to customers using a company van
• Merchandise stock deliveries
• Contact customers to identify sales opportunities
• Identify improvements to store operations and work with the wider team to implement solutions
• Follow company policies, processes and mandatory training requirements
• Support junior team members and provide feedback to the Store Manager
• Act as a key holder and confidently manage store opening and closing procedures
DRIVING REQUIREMENTS
• Full UK manual driving licence essential
• Licence must have been held for at least 12 months
• No more than 6 penalty points
• Comfortable driving a company van
