About The Opportunities
Key is recruiting for two roles within its Ofsted-registered supported accommodation services, offering opportunities to make a positive difference to the lives of young people.

1. Progression Coach
The Progression Coach role involves building trusting and meaningful relationships with young people while helping them work towards independent adult life.
Key Responsibilities
- Build positive, supportive relationships with young people.
- Support their safety and wellbeing.
- Help young people develop essential life skills.
- Encourage confidence, stability and personal progression.
- Support young people as they move towards greater independence.
2. Night Security & Concierge Worker
This role involves providing a calm, consistent and reassuring overnight presence for young care leavers aged 16 and over.
The successful candidate will help contribute to a supportive environment where young people can feel safe overnight.
