ABOUT THE ROLE
• Work as a Chef de Partie within Miso’s dynamic kitchen
• Prepare modern Japanese-style cuisine using traditional techniques
• Work with Japanese ingredients and techniques including fermentation, pickling and cooking on a Japanese konro
• Contribute ideas and develop your skills in a creative kitchen environment
• Work with seasonal UK ingredients while incorporating Japanese techniques

REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to run a kitchen section, including orders
• Level 2 or higher food hygiene certificate
• Ability to support the kitchen team consistently
• Experience or interest in Japanese-style food
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced knife skills
• Willingness to test and develop your skills and ideas
• Strong attention to detail
