ABOUT THE ROLE
• Serve customers and provide a positive shopping experience
• Promote Superdrug Star Buys and support sales
• Keep the store clean, organised and fully stocked
• Help the store achieve its targets
• Develop retail, health and beauty knowledge through practical experience

APPRENTICESHIP
• Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship
• Training takes place in-store during the first 12 months
• No college days or homework
• Supported by the Superdrug team and an apprenticeship tutor
• Training concludes with a discussion about your experience and an observation of you performing the role
• Superdrug describes Apprentice Sales Assistants as potential future Team Leaders

REQUIREMENTS
• Positive mindset and clear communication skills
• Passion for health, beauty and customer service
• Desire to learn and improve knowledge and skills
• Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances
• Grade 4/C GCSE or equivalent in English and maths
• Not currently in any form of education
• Available for full-time shifts
• Have not previously completed a Retail Apprenticeship
• Eligible to work in the UK
• New to retail
