HOURS
• 40 hours per week
• On-call rota participation required

ABOUT THE ROLE
• Maintain and repair air conditioning equipment across a range of manufacturers, including Daikin, Mitsubishi, Media, Toshiba and LG.
• Work across customer sites throughout the North East.
• Maintain high standards of service, safety and professionalism.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Service, maintain and repair split AC systems.
• Service and repair VRV/VRF systems and heat pumps.
• Complete work-related documentation, including logs, inspection reports and remedial works.
• Carry out maintenance and repairs across various air conditioning equipment and manufacturer plant.
• Support work on refrigeration equipment where required, including chilled cabinets, multidecks and ice machines.
• Work safely and professionally across customer sites.

REQUIREMENTS
• Background in a maintenance or facilities management environment.
• Full, current UK driving licence.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota.
• Relevant air conditioning qualifications, such as FGAS & ODS Regulations, a time-served apprenticeship, C&G Level 3, NVQ or equivalent in Air Conditioning.
