ABOUT THE ROLE
• Receive, inspect and book in deliveries, checking accuracy against delivery documentation.
• Pick and pack customer and internal orders.
• Despatch parcels using the DPD app and update addresses where required.
• Liaise with internal customer services when necessary.
• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Store goods in designated locations and keep stock organised and accessible.
• Maintain accurate stock records and participate in stock counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks and authorised forklifts safely.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organisation.
• Work with colleagues to meet productivity and service targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Follow all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Report discrepancies, damaged goods and hazards to the Warehouse Manager.
• Ensure warehouse operations are completed accurately and efficiently.
