Morrisons is looking for friendly, reliable Customer Assistants to join its South Shields team, helping customers across the store, including Market Street and the cafe.
The role involves working in a fast-paced, structured environment, following store routines and supporting different areas of the business to ensure customers receive a helpful and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service.
- Support customers with queries and help resolve issues.
- Work across different areas of the store as required.
- Stay active and carry out hands-on tasks.
- Follow store procedures and use equipment safely.
- Work effectively as part of a team in a busy environment.
