About the Role
NRL Ltd is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy distribution centre in Washington on an ongoing temporary contract until approximately November/December. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable individuals who enjoy physically active work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
The successful candidates must be available to start from 17 August 2026 and work a rotating shift pattern.
Working Hours
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekly shifts:
- 6:00am – 2:15pm
- 11:00am – 7:15pm
Pay
Weeks 1–4
- £14.24 per hour (first 38.75 hours)
- £20.65 per hour overtime
- £27.54 per hour on Sundays (if Saturday worked) and Bank Holidays
After 4 Weeks
- £15.83 per hour (first 38.75 hours)
- £22.46 per hour overtime
- £29.94 per hour on Sundays (if Saturday worked) and Bank Holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Safely unload deliveries
- Pick customer orders accurately
- Pack goods ready for dispatch
- Carry out manual handling and lifting duties
- Inflate footballs as required
- Maintain housekeeping and a safe warehouse environment
Requirements
- Able to undertake physically demanding work
- Flexible to work rotating shifts
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is desirable but not essential
