About The Role

PURESEOUL Retail Ltd is recruiting a Retail Sales Assistant for its Newcastle store at Eldon Square.

PURESEOUL specialises in Korean beauty products, offering more than 2,000 skincare, makeup, haircare and body products. The company is looking for a friendly and knowledgeable team member who is passionate about Korean beauty and enjoys helping customers find the right products.

You will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service, sharing product knowledge and maintaining an attractive shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
• Recommend suitable beauty products and offer guidance on skincare and makeup.
• Keep up to date with new products, skincare routines and beauty trends.
• Process customer transactions accurately, including card payments.
• Assist with stock management, shelf replenishment and inventory checks.
• Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards.
• Update displays and highlight promotions in line with brand guidelines.
• Help receive, check and organise deliveries and supplies.
• Work closely with colleagues to maintain smooth store operations.

What PURESEOUL Is Looking For

Applicants should have:

• A strong interest in Korean beauty and skincare.
• Existing knowledge of Korean beauty products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A friendly, confident and professional approach.
• The ability to multitask in a busy retail environment.
• Good teamwork skills and a willingness to learn.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in beauty or skincare.

Working Arrangements

The employer prefers full-time availability but will consider part-time applicants who can work a minimum of three days per week.
