£28,177 per year basic salary, plus competitive commission

JOB TYPE

HOURS
• 40 hours per week
• 5 days out of 7
• Weekend availability required
• Varied daily hours depending on shopping centre opening times

ABOUT THE ROLE
• Work in Sky Retail at the Bridges Shopping Centre
• Connect with customers and provide advice on Sky products, entertainment and services
• Use conversations, demonstrations and tailored recommendations to generate sales
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Approach and engage customers to turn interest into sales
• Demonstrate Sky products and services to customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Sky packages
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment
• Work with colleagues to achieve targets and celebrate successes
