About The Role:

Slaley Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead its hospitality teams across the hotel. The successful candidate will oversee food and beverage operations, deliver outstanding guest service and help maximise revenue across the hotel’s outlets.

The role covers conference and events, restaurants, bars and room service, with a focus on maintaining high standards and creating excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate food and beverage teams across the hotel.
• Set a positive example and support colleagues in delivering excellent customer service.
• Oversee food and beverage operations across restaurants, bars, events and room service.
• Maintain high standards of quality and service.
• Identify opportunities to maximise revenue.
• Help ensure guests receive a consistently outstanding experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hotel food and beverage department or a similar environment.
• People management experience.
• Strong focus on quality and standards.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
