T3 Security Limited is looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to lead its door supervision operations across multiple venues throughout the North East.

Reporting to the Operations Director, the successful candidate will oversee operational performance, staff management, regulatory compliance and client relationships, ensuring a professional, safe and customer-focused security service.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership

• Lead and manage door supervision teams across multiple sites and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with SIA regulations, health and safety legislation and company procedures.
• Develop and maintain assignment instructions and risk assessments.
• Conduct regular site visits, including evening and out-of-hours inspections.

Client And Venue Management

• Act as the main operational contact for assigned venues.
• Meet with clients and venue managers to review service delivery.
• Manage incidents, complaints and operational issues, ensuring effective resolution.

Staff Management

• Recruit, interview and onboard door supervision staff.
• Prepare and manage staff rotas to ensure adequate cover.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance and welfare.
• Conduct appraisals, performance reviews and disciplinary procedures where necessary.

Training, Compliance And Reporting

• Identify training needs and support staff development.
• Carry out site and staff audits, preparing reports and action plans.
• Maintain professional standards, uniform compliance and staff conduct.
• Produce accurate incident, audit and performance reports.
• Maintain operational records and support HR investigations when required.

Essential Requirements:

• A current SIA Door Supervision Licence.
• Proven management experience in the security industry, specifically door supervision.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Access to your own vehicle and willingness to travel between sites.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• The right to work in the UK.
• A smart, professional and presentable appearance.

Desirable Experience:

• Two years’ experience in the night-time economy is preferred.
