REQUIREMENTS
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience required.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Calm and effective under pressure.
• Reliable and hardworking.
• Adaptable and comfortable working at pace.
• Positive attitude and genuine passion for leading and developing others.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
