ABOUT THE ROLE
• Lead shifts and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.
• Work as a key holder and take ownership of shifts.
• Support the management team in driving performance.
• Coach and motivate team members.
• Promote teamwork and strong customer service.
• Work across all areas of the store to ensure food and service standards are maintained.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Run shifts and make decisions when required.
• Lead by example and set standards through your own actions.
• Deliver great food and customer experiences.
• Support the team during busy periods.
• Handle customer feedback and turn issues into positive outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve service, standards and customer experience.
• Balance competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in hospitality, retail, leisure or another customer-focused environment.
• Confidence leading or supporting a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to take ownership of shifts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate colleagues.
• Positive attitude and high standards.
• Hands-on approach and flexibility to work across the store.
• Passion for customer service.
• Willingness to develop and grow with the business.

WORKING HOURS
• Flexible availability required.
• Evenings and weekends may be required.
• Late-night trading may be required.
• Selected stores may trade until 4am.
