About The Role
The Seaburn Inn is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team at its seafront venue in Sunderland.

As Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for your own kitchen section, ensuring food is prepared and presented to a high standard while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for your designated kitchen section.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality food in a timely manner.
- Maintain excellent food presentation and attention to detail.
- Ensure food safety, storage and hygiene standards are met.
- Follow relevant legislation and company policies.
- Keep your workstation clean, organised and safe.
- Work closely with kitchen colleagues, front-of-house staff and management.
- Maintain strong communication and timekeeping standards.
- Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
