About The Role
Trevella Jobs is recruiting skilled Joiners to work with its social housing partner across the South Tyneside area.
The role involves carrying out work in domestic properties, including installing wet rooms. A basic understanding of plumbing is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out joinery work in domestic properties.
- Install wet rooms in social housing properties.
- Undertake work to the required standards.
- Apply basic plumbing knowledge when carrying out wet-room installations.
Requirements
Applicants must have:
- A minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification in Joinery.
- A valid Skilled CSCS Card.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Their own tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- A basic understanding of plumbing.
Pay And Contract Information
- Umbrella Rate: £24.16 Per Hour.
- PAYE Rate: £18.50 Per Hour.
- CIS: Not Available.
- Hours: 37 Per Week, Monday To Friday.
- Duration: Ongoing Until At Least March 2027.
