About The Role

TT Electronics is looking for an organised and proactive Warehouse Operator to join its warehouse team in Bedlington on a six-month fixed-term contract.

The successful candidate will support the movement of materials and products throughout the operation, helping ensure deliveries, stock records, production supplies and customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming deliveries against delivery documentation.
• Safely load and unload vehicles using appropriate equipment.
• Process goods receipts, inventory movements and shipments through SAP.
• Pick, pack, label and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Carry out quality and accuracy checks on products and orders.
• Support production through component allocation and kitting activities.
• Maintain accurate stock records and warehouse locations in SAP.
• Issue materials and documentation to support manufacturing operations.
• Work with freight providers and internal teams to help ensure on-time deliveries.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with 5S and health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or stores environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Commitment to health and safety and high operational standards.

Experience with SAP or similar warehouse management systems would be advantageous. Knowledge of freight management, an NVQ in Stores Operations or equivalent experience, and Lean Manufacturing or 5S training would also be beneficial.
