About The Role:
Wren is looking for a Retail Sales Designer to join its Sunderland showroom team. The successful candidate will welcome customers, create inspiring kitchen and bedroom designs and manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to order completion.
Previous kitchen or bedroom design experience is not essential, as Wren provides training on its products, systems and sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create attractive kitchen and bedroom designs that meet customers’ needs and generate sales.
- Promote additional products and services, including finance options and installation.
- Respond to customer enquiries and follow up promptly.
- Deliver a positive customer experience from start to finish.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer order records.
- Keep in contact with customers throughout the sales process.
- Follow company health and safety policies and procedures.
Candidate Requirements:
- A proactive, target-driven approach.
- Previous retail sales experience working towards targets is desirable.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- A commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Availability to work shifts, including some evenings and weekends.
- Willingness to complete the company’s training programme.
