• Planning, creating, managing, and analysing social media content to build brand presence and engagement
• Publishing daily and weekly content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook using a content calendar
• Managing captions, hashtags, keywords, formatting, and posting cadence
• Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in tone, style, and quality
• Managing workflows including drafts, approvals, scheduling tools, and asset organisation
• Coordinating with internal teams to gather assets and meet deadlines
• Tracking performance metrics including reach, engagement, CTR, and follower growth
• Reporting weekly results and optimising content based on performance insights
• Monitoring comments and DMs and escalating customer issues when required
• £38,000 basic salary
