Sunderland look to build on their unbelievable start to the season, last time out against West Ham United, as they face fellow newcomers, Burnley at Turf Moor.

Eliezer Mayenda, Dan Ballard and Wilson Isidor were on the score sheet as Sunderland scored 3 second half goals to be at West Ham on their return to the top flight.

Burnley we’re on the receiving end of a 3-0 defeat, as they faced Tottenham Hotspur in their first game of the season, so they will be looking at this as almost a must win match already.

Burnley we’re promoted last season, after finishing 2nd on 100 points, and they only conceded a record-breaking 16 goals.

But, they have lost a few of their key players from last season, and don’t seem to have recruited as well as Sunderland have, despite making 13 signings.

They have, however, brought in former Manchester City defender Kyle Walker, who is now 35 years old, so it will be interesting to see what level he is at, after spending half a season at AC Milan.
