About The Role:
Bespoke Hotels is recruiting a Demi Chef De Partie to join the kitchen team at Hotel Gotham Newcastle. This is an opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic hospitality professional to contribute to food preparation and presentation in a hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare dishes using fresh produce, combining contemporary flavours with traditional techniques.
- Ensure food preparation and presentation meet high standards.
- Comply with food safety regulations.
- Support the achievement of food gross profit targets.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness.
- Follow company health and safety, food safety and COSHH requirements.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in a similar position.
