About The Role:
Chef & Brewer is looking for enthusiastic Bar Staff to join its team at its country-style pub in Corbridge. The successful candidate will help create memorable customer experiences by serving drinks, offering recommendations and providing friendly service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide warm, attentive service.
- Prepare and serve drinks to the required standards.
- Recommend drinks and help customers choose suitable options.
- Assist with greeting customers, serving food and looking after diners.
- Keep the bar clean, safe and compliant with relevant requirements.
- Identify and address issues promptly and safely.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to the service of alcohol.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good attention to detail.
- A passion for customer service.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
