About The Role:
Greggs is looking for enthusiastic Team Members to join its shop in Alnwick. The successful candidates will provide friendly customer service, prepare food products and help maintain a clean and tidy shop.
Team Members play an important role in delivering a great experience for customers ordering in-store, through delivery, Click + Collect and other available channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide fast, friendly and helpful customer service.
- Prepare Greggs food products.
- Keep the shop clean, tidy and welcoming.
- Help deliver a positive customer experience across different ordering channels.
- Work effectively as part of a team in a busy environment.
Requirements:
Previous work experience is not essential, as full training will be provided. Applicants should be willing to learn, enjoy working with customers and support an inclusive team environment.
