About The Role
The Inn Collection Group is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Front Of House Team Member to join the team at the Bamburgh Castle Inn in Seahouses.
The successful candidate will help create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure guests enjoy a positive experience, from arrival through to the end of their visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Take customer orders and serve food and drinks.
- Recommend drinks from the pub’s selection.
- Help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Work with colleagues to deliver excellent hospitality.
- Maintain professionalism in a busy, customer-focused environment.
