Salary

£13–£15 an hour.

Flexible pay is available on an hourly or commission-based basis.

Responsibilities

As a Barber, you will:

• Provide high-quality haircuts and barbering services.
• Carry out fades, scissor cuts, beard trims and modern styles.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Keep your workstation clean and professional.
• Keep up with current barbering styles and trends.
• Work independently while contributing to the wider team.

What They’re Looking For

The ideal candidate should:

• Have at least 2 years of barbering experience.
• Be confident with fades, scissor cuts, beard trims and modern styles.
• Take pride in delivering high-quality cuts.
• Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Be friendly, professional and reliable.
• Have a passion for barbering.
• Want to develop a strong and long-term client base.

Important: Availability to work Fridays and Saturdays is essential, as these are the shop’s busiest days.
